Meet with a N S Development team member get your 1 to 2 story design container building. This can be a residential home or commercial building, It helps you visualize what's possible with your space and help show you the relationship between rooms, as well as how they flow together. They are also important because they help you visualize and communicate design ideas. This can be a previous design you have seen or a custom design you create with your designated Project Manager.
Rough draft is submitted to the Architect
This process can take 3-4 weeks, in that time the Architectals/MEP/Structural drawings will be completed. That comes with all the engineering calculations as well.
Interior Design
Once your project is complete meet with your PM and get your interior build out complete. Pick out your floor tile and countertops. Ensure that your design container home is 100% custom. Once that is done you can receive the complete drawing set.
